Like if people who hear voices are actually hearing different voices. I talk to myself constantly in my head but it’s my voice. I call myself names like stupid and fat when something goes wrong but it’s my voice. I look at it as a form of self harm…. But I wonder if “hearing voices” is actually like an inner monologue or actually other people talking to you… I’m sad to say this video made me think about it.
